Since then 30 Volunteer Involving Organisations have achieved the Award. Why you should aim for Best Practice This is the chance to show how well your organisation supports its volunteers. You will be awarded a Best Practice Certificate on demonstrating that you are committed to providing a positive and supported experience for ALL volunteers. What do you need to do if your organisation is interested in achieving The Best Practice Award? Volunteer Action will arrange an initial meeting and provide ongoing support to help you get all your policies in place.
